Today I am going to share with you my 21-Day Fix Extreme results!
Oh my goodness.
This program has definitely earned the title of EXTREME.
This round was way harder than the regular 21-Day Fix, and there were times where I didn’t know how I was going to finish. However, I do remember feeling this way on my first round of the regular 21-Day Fix, so I knew I had made the right decision to move up to the EXTREME. By the 3rd round of the regular Fix, I was stronger, and honestly, I was not getting sore anymore. This time, I worked different muscle groups and pushed myself further than ever. I became sore again, especially in new places, so I knew this was good news.
21-Day Fix Extreme Results, Round 1
Inches Lost: 7.5″
Weight Lost: 2 lbs
Total Inches Lost Since January 11: 36.5″
Total Pounds Lost Since January 11: 16.5 lbs

I went back and looked at some of my previous results and realized that I had left off a 0.5 lb at some point, so I’m including it in my grand total here!
Only 2 lbs, but 7.5″ is great! It shows that my fat is converting to muscle and toning! I’m still going… but this time I will be rotating the Fix Extreme exercises with the Couch-to-5K training program. I am not taking a recovery week… I’m so close to my goal. Just ~6 lbs to go, and a couple more inches off my waist. You’ll notice in the image above that I FINALLY had some results in my arms again. They have been my problem area. Since day 1, I have lost 7″ in my waist alone, and that is a big deal. Three months of work!
When I started this journey on January 11, I needed to lose 22 lbs and I am down by 16.5. Technically, I could lose 10 more beyond that 22 and still be in a healthy weight for my height. That’s what I get for being 5’1″. But, I’m hoping that just losing the last ~6 will be enough for me to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin, and I’ll worry about the bonus 10 lbs some other time.
My sister-in-law and I are wanting to complete a 5K together this year, so I have no doubt that training for it along with continuing to eat well (while also continuing weight training and cardio) will definitely get me to my goal.
For the record, the end goal is still to get pregnant. My body continues to fail me, but I continue to hope… for now… that something can happen.
