September is PCOS Awareness Month
Last year I wrote this post to kickoff the month and encourage you to share your stories with each other. You never know if someone is silently struggling. We live in a world where it is taboo to speak of infertility and trying to conceive, but unfortunately it’s a reality that 1 out of 10 women live with. PCOS is ugly, it’s a disease, and knowing that 1 out of 10 women struggle means we need to talk about it more often.
To start PCOS Awareness Month for 2015, I collected some of the posts I’ve written over the past year or two that share the heart and soul behind living with PCOS, from diagnosis, to fertility treatment, to natural remedies, and other things in between. I even made a cute little collage for you to pin to Pinterest so you can save it for later if you don’t have time to read everything today. I do ask that you share this post – as I said before, you never know who is silently struggling and needs to know she is not alone. Speaking up may encourage someone else to do the same.
Are you silently struggling with PCOS? Please contact me and we can chat about it. I’d love to connect with you.
